BECC regular monthly meetings begin at 5:30 PM at either the Oxbow Activity Center, Building 9-150, Room 201, or another location as announced. Beginning in December 2007, the new location for most meetings will be the Burien Community Center, 425 SW 144th St, Burien, WA, however we also tried the Tukwila Community Center in February. The previous location was the Burien Elks Lodge, however we were unable to continue meeting at the Elks due to a cost increase. (Club members previously voted to have 2 out of every 3 meetings at the Elks.)

Entry to the Oxbow Activity Center requires a valid badge, and may also require activation of your badge for the Oxbow facility. Boeing barcode badge readers have been installed at Oxbow. Retirees and qualifying former employees require a special recreation photo ID badge. Please call the Activity Center for more information. Buying and selling activities, including club auctions, are not allowed for meetings held on Boeing property.

Members and guests are invited to bring items for display each month that pertain to the monthly display topics. Each person is given one or two minutes to talk about their display. Awards are selected randomly from among those persons who bring in a display that fits one of the topics.

BECC medals pickup is usually available at the September-December meetings to persons who have ordered in advance.
