BECC 50th Anniversary Banquet

The 50th BECC anniversary Banquet was held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the Tukwila Community Center located at 12424 42nd Avenue South, Tukwila, WA 98168. We started at 5:00 p.m. with dinner shortly after that. Volunteers were requested to show up at 4:00 p.m. to help set up decorations.

Banquet Menu:
Hors D’oeuvres
Italian Antipasto (grilled & raw vegetables, salami, pepperoni, marinated artichoke hearts & olives)
Savory Bacon Wrapped Dates
Caprese Skewers (Fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato, basil, garlic and olive oil)
Entrees
Maple Glazed Filet of Fresh Salmon – oven roasted filet with maple BBQ glaze
Slow Cooked Roast Beef – served with port-demi glaze
Breast of Chicken – served with choice of sauce

Ticket Sales: The price per ticket was $15 per person, for advance sales.

Guest Speaker: Former BECC and PNNA President Eric Holcomb spoke about "Remembering Neil Armstrong," including his collector exhibit of the same title recently shown at the ANA anniversary convention in Chicago.
