Ben is the first Young Numismatist (YN) to receive the award, and is very active with the club, including writing a column for the club newsletter, and preparing collector exhibits for the annual coin show in January.  BECC wins 2nd Place in PNNA Newsletter Competition! The BECC submitted its newsletter to the PNNA Literary Award competition for best club newsletter for 2014, and was awarded a 2nd place certificate at the 2015 PNNA convention. BECC President (and PNNA Director) Tony Kalt (right in photo) awarded the certificate to newsletter editor Terry Kamm (left).
YNs participate in Portland ANA! The BECC congratulates two of its YNs for their participation in the ANA National Money Show in Portland, March 5-7, 2015. Alex and Ben attended the ANA show and had a wonderful experience. BECC members can read about their experiences in the March newsletter. Let’s continue the great support the BECC provides to inspire YNs to excel in the hobby!  The BECC 51st annual coin show in Kent, Washington was held January 17-18, 2015.
